Written, directed, and produced by Brandon Gray, Porchetta di Sudbury is a feature documentary exploring the unique Italian-Canadian tradition of porchetta in Sudbury, Ontario. Through local families, bakers, and community storytellers, the film traces how this culinary tradition traveled from Ariccia, Italy to Northern Ontario, becoming a beloved symbol of heritage and cultural identity. Made in partnership with Jonathan Danyliw and supported by Sudbury Tourism. Premiered December 2025 at Knox Hall.
